Amicus participant Daniel has recently been working on his independence in the kitchen, being supported to attend occupational therapy sessions where he has been building his cooking skills. Here you see Daniel proudly preparing and plating a meal he made for his whole family. He cooked a chicken schnitzel with chips and vegetables, which everyone thoroughly enjoyed.
Daniel has shown great strides in his confidence and ability within the kitchen and is eager to continue to build his skills!
